Revenue, last week
Booked revenue against plan by segment for last week, with the deals that slipped and why.
Prompt
Prompt
Build me a wide Grok Bot Page called "Revenue, last week" from my CRM or billing system and my sales plan. At the top, four numbers: booked last week, the plan for the week, the difference against plan in percent, and how many deals slipped, then a one-line takeaway of what carried the week and what slipped. Add a segment switch (All, Enterprise, Mid-market, SMB) that updates every number, the chart and the list. Then a weekly booked vs. plan chart for the last 7 weeks with a Show plan toggle and a hover or tap readout. Then the deals that slipped out of last week: account, segment, amount, owner, the new close week and a Why toggle, with a sort by largest first or soonest new date. Every control must really work on the Page; no buttons that do nothing. Anything not connected shows as empty instead of a guess. Then create a routine that rebuilds the Page every Monday at 8:00 AM.
How to use it
- Copy the prompt and paste it into a chat with Grok Bot.
- Swap in your own bots, accounts or data sources where the prompt asks for them.
- If the prompt does not create a refresh routine, ask Grok Bot for one.
- To share your version, make a copy with mock data and make that copy public. Then get it listed.
